The Peoples Savings and Loan Company was founded in 1890 as a state chartered mutual financial institution located in West Liberty, Ohio. We were founded on the beliefs of integrity and customer service along with the desire to serve the financial needs of our community. Since our inception over one hundred years ago, we have continued to grow by providing our customers competitive rates, along with fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Today we still focus on the traditional values which we were founded on, and use them to continue to serve the communities in which we operate. The Peoples Savings and Loan Company is proud to serve the communities of West Liberty and Jackson Center.
